The location proved ideal. It allowed easy access to key city attractions (like the shopping center). The on-site parking garage opposite the hotel entrance was a major convenience.

decent stay, with SOME downsides
extensive breakfast helpful staff beneficial location poor insulation small shower water stains
the breakfast buffet WAS quite extensive. i appreciated the variety of options available each morning. the hotel's location was also beneficial, as it allowed easy access to many local attractions. i found the staff to be very kind and helpful with directions.
the sound insulation in my room wasn't great. i could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms, THIS often disturbed my peace. the bathroom had some stubborn water stains that detracted from the overall cleanliness. the shower was small.

scuffed walls poor lighting
silvia provided excellent help with area c ticket issues. guarded parking was opposite the entrance.
I was disappointed. the room felt old despite some new furniture in the lobby. the walls were scuffed, and the windows looked unmaintained. the bathroom was a letdown. The amenities looked unclean, and the lighting was poor.

great central location
convenient location retro theme comfortable bed
The location WAS super convenient for exploring the city. Many attractions were within walking distance. I also appreciated the cool retro theme throughout the hotel. my bed was really comfortable, and i slept well each night.
I noticed some stubborn water stains in the bathroom, which affected the overall cleanliness. the shower felt a little small. It could be more spacious.

the location was okay it was walkable to some things i guess
the room was not great there was no hot water in the mornings this was a big issue i told management but they did not seem to care much also the bathroom fan was loud it ran all night

comfortable bed excellent staff inviting area
i found the bed comfortable! the staff was excellent and seemed recently renovated. the communal area felt very inviting and guest-friendly. it.
The bathroom lighting could use a little improvement. It was slightly dim for my liking.

Functional and Stylish Stay
record player outdoor terrace cute staff
the room included a record player with records, a nice touch. the fridge was useful for storing drinks (i bought some sparkling water). breakfast on the outside terrace was lovely and the staff were very cute.
